If you have a repeating series of actions (such as inserting a label 12 times) then you can add a Loop to an Excel macro. Just record you macro as you need then at the start of the repeating step put:
For i = 1 to 12
then your recorded code
Next i
This will make the Excel macro repeat 12 times. Excel training Toronto Mississauga Hamilton Ontario can help you with this and other Excel functions. Note "i" is used here but any word will do.

MS Excel Training Toronto & Mississauga
While the Ribbon interface is useful to show new users all the features of MS Excel, one area which could lead to trouble is the "Delete" button on the Home Tab of MS Excel 2007 and 2010.
If an MS Excel user presses the "delete" button they delete the contents of the Excel cell and also the Excel cell itself. This can misalign all the rows beneath that deleted cell and make the table worse than worthless, if fact all wrong
